One plain and one sausage. Im terrible at stretching dough and at launching from the peel but getting better with more reps. This cheese could have been stretched a bit more—it was a little too thick on the edges. The sausages undercarriage was a bit too dark. I just love a plain sausage pie though.

Mushrooms go real good with a sausage pizza. This looks absolutely delish. MMMmmm good!

I know you are trying to keep it simple but white onion and sausage is one of my favorites.

Looks great but I would double the sausage density.

That char is immaculate please educate me on how one can achieve that

You are as close to perfection as it gets I think! Well done! Blistered airy crust, charred undercarriage, nice sauce/cheese ratio, cooked to perfection. This is my ideal I think

That looks fantastic. You are kind of picky, most people would be happy to ecstatic to have made such a great pie. Still doing it yourself you get to make it the way you want it.

Practice makes perfect, definitely needs more cheese for a more uniform melt

What type of sausage did you use?
    Looks delicious

I have a cheat for launching… shake it off. shake it off! don’t try and do a quick pull… just shake-a-shake-a-shake it off… I can’t really explain it better than that

Looks good. If you keep at it, you’ll be amazed where you are a year from now.

I think you’re really close to perfect with that sausage. Too much and it can get greasy in a bad way. You spend all this time in making a perfect light and crisp dough, you don’t want to ruin it with a bunch of meat greaze.

Your cheese is too fatty or oily… its fried not baked
    Rest looks great
