I love Saturday dinners because there is time to try something new and exciting! This week: miso-glazed carrots with an almond gremolata

[Carrot recipe](https://www.bonappetit.com/recipe/miso-glazed-carrots-with-scallion-gremolata). I topped mine with greek yogurt. For the chicken: I butterflyed, then marinated in italian dressing for a couple hours. Pat dry and then bake in the air fryer at 350 for about 12 minutes, flipping halfway. Salad is just chopped green leaf with Briana’s french vinaigrette dressing.
