    I’ve never heard of morcillas until seeing this post. They sound *super* tasty! Gonna see if I can track some down in my area, or make them myself if I can’t.

    For those as curious and uninformed as I was, [this is a recipe](https://www.meatsandsausages.com/sausage-recipes/blood/morcilla-portena) I found for them. They’re basically an interesting take on blood sausage that I’ve never seen before.
