Hard to tell size using the landscape for perspective, but if that’s not a tiny grill, those look like they COULD be London Broil? Just curious what cut they are, because I do actually buy London Broil about 2-3x/month (but, we have NY Strips every Sunday for my family— Strip Club Sundays we used to call them, until kiddo was old enough to understand what that meant lol).

Only mentioning the strips to say, we eat a lot of steak/cook a lot of steak and are typically pretty choosy about them; however, the London Broil is truly an exception to the rule, as far as quality for $$ being relevant and proportionate (majority of times). If taken proper care of, prepped, seasoned and cooked mid-rare, they’re a perfect low-cost option that still eats like a steak you’d maybe get at an American chain restaurant (or better, if I cook it 😉)

Looks very good, either way— and when you tell me it’s NOT LONDON BROIL, I’m gonna realize how much time of everyone’s I’ve wasted with my ramblings here.

Looks amazing. If it tastes as good, that’s a steal

LoL. 4.99 is a steal. Yes it is probably select grade but the way you cook it make it better than even what steak house is offering

Better with a full sear. Grill lines are for dads in white new balances.
