Italian sausage half cooked in pot then sautéed the onions and celery with the Italian sausage fat. Potatoes in, spicy seasonings, plenty of Dillweed, and simmer for an hour. Once the potatoes started to dissolve, I wrapped it up.

This soup is hands down my favorite I've made so far. I need a name.

    Forgot to add I used 1/3 cup heavy cream and 2/3 cup milk added at the very end with the heat off.

    Also cabbage in there.
