I subbed 65% whole wheat flour and coconut sugar based on preference. I also ground my cardamom from whole green cardamom pods. The edges look burnt but aren’t – that’s actually just caramel from the filling and is maybe the best part. The swirl is a little more swirly in the middle too 🙂
Posting mostly because I feel more people need to experience this bread
