No offense, but that looks like a human tongue

I thought that was a potato and thought “Lip balm from a potato?”

143 for how long? Kinda cool I didn’t know you could just buy empty tubes.

I always do mine in a water bath, why this escaped me…who knows. I guess I must just enjoy burning my hands with steam while I poke and stir and babysit the temp (I use chunks of beeswax vs pastilles because I’m rendering it from my hives) definitely stealing this technique.

I’ve set SV up in the sink to warm a 5 gallon bucket of strained honey to get it jarred up though.

So, do you have your contact info on the label of the tube?

  6. I do this for candle making. It makes doing only a few candles extremely easy.

I think I would be somewhat creeped out by homemade lip balm being given to me by a stranger as marketing materials.

Idk why people are downvoting this. Idk why I never thought to heat wax in a sous vide. That stuff is annoying af to heat normally 💀 and I bet with some jiggering you could make a nice large batch for candle dipping if you covered the spaces so you didn’t get wax in the bath

High tech gravitational device. Don’t sell yourself short.

Why is this downvoted into the ground, seems cool?

I’ve been making salve by melting the beeswax in a double boiler, but this looks so much easier! I’ll try this for the next batch.

Can you share the final product and packaging? It’s a clever way to distinguish yourself. What do you give male clients?

Interesting marketing. Do you give it to everyone you meet or are you more selective about who you give it to?
