Prepared dry rub, left out on counter for a few hours
gas grill at about 500F
Half on/half off
Grilled with steak on the off side flipping every 4 min until internal temp 120.. somehow went from like 110 to 125 in 4 min..
Then seared on the on side for 1.5min each side.

    My first time putting a tomahawk on, i think it came out pretty alright. It took a long time to reach internal temp almost an hour I think.

    It was delicious though, looking forward to the next one, I will try to remember to brine and or dry age.
