    breakfasts
    * buttermilk protein waffles with vanilla yogurt and berries
    * burritos with eggs, cheddar, hash browns, mushrooms, sriracha and greek yogurt

    snacks
    * veggies with hummus dip
    * soft mozzarella and cherry tomatoes with balsamic glaze on sourdough
    * crackers with gouda and grapes
    * berries with vanilla yogurt, granola and honey

    dinners
    * shrimp mac ‘n’ cheese with broccoli
    * grilled teriyaki salmon with green beans and brown rice
    * jacket potato fillings with tuna, sweetcorn, and greek yogurt with cheddar

    We recently added a rule (#6) requiring either a recipe or list of ingredients, since it is so often requested. If you wouldn’t mind adding that we’d appreciate it!
