It’s like gooey. I’ve seen stuff like this oozing out of ground beef hamburgers, but never from pork bacon. I’ve also had this stuff come out of my steaks I cooked a few weeks ago. They were “filet mignon” I got from meal kit i received for free. Kind of like Omaha steaks, but a different company.
