One of my go-to ways to dress up steak for the table: Persillade.

To make a classic persillade, start by finely chopping a handful of fresh parsley and a clove or two of garlic. The key here is to mince both as finely as possible so the flavors can meld smoothly. Mix them together in a small bowl with a drizzle of olive oil, just enough to bring everything together without making it too oily. For added depth, a pinch of salt or a squeeze of lemon can enhance the brightness. Spoon this vibrant mixture over your cooked steak right before serving, letting the warmth of the meat bring out the full, aromatic flavors.
