I ALWAYS put a complimentary nut in my cobblers and tiramisu (or with regular tiramisu, not a nut but rather mildly ground dark chocolate covered espresso beans from Trader Joe's) and triffles. Because let's be direct, if there is no crunch, it tastes like a flavorable mushy mess. Tatyana's got it!
