Looks great. Interesting how you were using the spout to push your last two bubbles up into the previous fan. Yes, I’m making up terms but you know what I mean. When I do it, I’ve always tried to keep my physical spout out of the drink itself but maybe I should give your method a try.
My main issue is that I hate to waste milk so I pretty much use it all. It’s so much easier if you’ve got 20% more than you need in the pitcher. My other issue is that I’m doing cortados and just don’t have a lot of time before the vessel is full.
