I have tried my knife in the picture, doesn’t work, I bought a butcher hand saw, doesn’t work. What is working for me is use the metal wire cutter in the picture. But it’s not a kitchen tool and I’m afraid of hygiene and rust issues.

Weeping Jesus on the cross.
Like what exactly are you trying to do? Cut it across the bones?
Like if you cut between the bones it’s easy enough but apparently that’s not what you’re doing and you need heavy duty to cut the bones which I cannot imagine what exactly are you trying to do.
I use similar nippers that to cut the legs off deer and wild hogs. Works great.
I use kitchen shears from amazon
since it’s not that big, you can use a bigger cleaver. Wang Gang demo it see video: https://youtu.be/L7qsyMXUiL8?si=UNhfE3jOtdwP1Hd1
The picture didn’t load for me. So I have to imagine what a cleaver or saw can’t do (wild) but snips can 🤔
That butcher knife needs to be rightfully sharpened so you won’t need a bolt cutter.
Are those knipex bolt cutters? Lmao that’s the most expensive thing in my kitchen.
Use a skill saw
Multi tool. Would be my go to. Wash the blade and your sterile (kind of)
No knifes on rib bones. It will shatter them because they are hallow. Need a sawzall. Sanitize Milwaukee m12 with a new blade does the trick.
You can use a sharp chef’s knife 🔪 the one Michael Myers likes to use 🔪🔪🔪🔪🔪🔪🔪🔪🔪🔪🎃🎃🎃🎃🎃🎃👺👺👺👺👺👺
I’d buy a stainless steel trim pull saw. They slice through bones with relative ease. I use one from Home Depot for cutting short rib plates when i get them on sale at Costco. Easy to clean and sterilize. You can pay more to get a butcher’s bone saw on Amazon, but it’s really just the same thing, but with a stainless steel handle.
That poor piggy….this is an abomination.
When doing “special” recipes you should just go to your local meat market and have them cut it on the band saw.
Lmao, the bolt cutters are awesome. Improvise, adapt, overcome!
Thank you guys all for the kind replies. It seems a lot people suggest that I need band saw which is expensive so I’m considering just stay with my bolt cutter + cleaver. Will there be any health concerns if I continue using this bolt cutter in the picture? Will I get rust or other metal stuff that I will not be able to wash off into the pork?
What are you trying to cut? I’m guessing it’s a chine bone issue? You just need to work your knife around til you find the gap. Put the bolt cutters away lol
Are you trying to make spare ribs? Cause you can just get individual ribs with a knife.
Ask the butcher to cut it for you?
TIL Costco meat is somehow different to every other store
Axe works. Maul with chisel also works. Make sure they are sharp so it doesn’t mash the meat too much.
Wolverine
A breaking knife
Pruners .
Dude, that’s a Chinese Vegetable knife. It’ll also make nice thin cuts of meat for a stir fry, but it’s not going through bone. At minimum you need a cleaver.
Chainsaw
You need a hacksaw with a new blade to cut through bone efficiently.
