    This isn’t a human study this a study using cell culture which is totally different.

    Not sure how you read that and concluded it was a human study. In any event, 5ar-inhibition usually results in higher serum testosterone.

I find that guys rambling about this sort of stuff tend to take roids, drink beer (loaded with phytoestrogens) and cow’s milk (loaded with mammalian estrogen) and are obsessed with proving to everyone they comply to some childish, insecure version of what ’masculinity’ is supposed to be, to be honest.

    In other words, I wouldn’t really put too much weight on their advice regarding healthy living, or anything really… but especially not regarding hormonal (im)balances.

    Eat nuts in peace, surely yours won’t fall off because of it.
