Roasted chicken and potatoes (to be served with BBQ sauce)
Salmon and steamed veggies- both seasoned to taste.
Smoked salmon, cucumbers with chili powder and lime juice, and a small block of gruyere cheese.
As an afternoon snack I’ll do 2 yogurts, another small block of cheese, and pickles.
High protein, low calories. I suspect I’ll need more carbs during the day.
