So I pulled my grill out of the non-air conditioned semi detached garage for the first time since Helene came through, only to find this when I was about to fire it up to grill some steaks for the anniversary with the wife. Ended up pan searing, but I am planning on smoking a brisket point this weekend. How would y'all recommend I get this cleaned up? Appreciate any help!

Personally I’d just brush out the old ash and put in all the grates. Build a hot fire for an hour or so. I’d wire brush the grates while it’s hot and maybe spritz with a little oil and let it cool.
