I did 3 pounds 24 hours at 145
Cut up meat or rather snip up meat with scissors, seasoned then quick fry in hot cast iron with avocado oil
Diced and browned onions
Juices thickened into gravy and seasoned then added into tortillas
Shredded Colby jack
The meat was surprisingly good. It was hard not to snack on it all while I was cutting it up. The tacos weren't like "Oh My Freaking God" good but they were good. I would gladly do this again. The kid liked it too. He said he would eat it again
