20-min tofu stir-fry

    Since this sub is 95% irrelevant posts, here’s a contribution:

    THERE ARE TWO PICTURES NOT JUST THE ONE SO YIU CAN SEE IT CLOSER JUST SWIPE

    – peanut oil
    – cook in a wok– dried spices (red pepper, dried garlic, black pepper, black sesame, that sort of thing).
    – thwn add celery, carrots, onion, tofu, chili sauce, soy sauce, msg, etc) right in the middle of that shit for a minute, then start stirring.
    – Assuming that’s where the “stir” comes from in a stir-fry, but i don’t actually know. Sorry, I’m high and forgot where I’m at
    – Oh, okay I went back and read and am now caught up.
    – add already-cooked and cooled rice to that mixture, and get it all real hot.
    – get it real fuckin hot, but don’t burn it. Just stir it a lot the entire time.
    – Then eat that shit.
