Did I cut the veggies too thin? What could have caused this? I made my own chicken broth (I have made very successfully several times before). Cut the chicken breasts into bite sized pieces, seasoned and cooked it. Used a new awesome mandolin to cut the onions, celery, and carrots. I cheated with the garlic, and used garlic paste from a tube. Since my chicken broth was super condensed I filled the jars halfway with chicken broth and the other half with water. My jars are mostly broth, which I don't mind, but that sediment on the bottom! I pressure candid for 90 minutes at 15 lb of pressure. What can I do better?
