hii guys, im kinda new to meal prepping and i just started this new diet so i was wondering if anybody can give me any meal prep ideas that help fit into this diet? or any low calorie options you guys love and have tried out please and thank you 🫢🏽🫢🏽

    you’re at a good weight already you need to just worry about exercising really
    you’re probably going for a visual and not something that actually needs to be measured by weight

    You will end up seriously unwell if you eat 1000 kcals per day. I would eat around 1600 if I was you and I was continue to exercise. You are walking on a slippery slope here & I would recommend instead of doing it yourself, seek advice from a professional Personal Trainer or Nutritionist.

    Someone shorter then me amazing! However even for small ladies like us they do not recommend you go below 1200 calories a day and not for very long either a better goal would be 1400 min.
