korean style pan fried meat. just great with veggies too.

    Looks like what we in the south call side meat
    Which is a cut between bacon and fat back. It is much cheaper then bacon and just as goof harder to cook tho. Also has a lot more meat then fat back since fat back doesn’t have meat really. Something that may gross u out every now and then u get a piece with a little bit of the skin that has a tiny bit of spikey hair on it. I love side meat
