This book was in an Airbnb we stayed at many years ago. I haven’t attempted it yet, but it’s definitely in my future with how easy it looks.
I would love to see anyone here give it a go!

*To most Northerners, mangoes are exotic tropical fruits that occasionally appear in the supermarkets with large price tags. To South Floridians with mango trees in their backyards, mangoes are as common as peaches in Georgia.*
*Every year, mango lovers suffer from a condition called “mango madness.” For example, one local mango lover insists that the fruit Eve was tempted with in the Garden of Eden was a mango, not an apple. Others say that because the mango is so messy to eat, the only way to eat it properly is standing in a bathtub wearing a raincoat.*
*But there is trouble in mango paradise. Some people are allergic to the sap of the tree or the slightly oily skin of the fruit. These are usually the same people who are allergic to poison ivy. If you aren’t sure if you will react, wear rubber gloves and peel the fruit under running water; don’t use the same knife to cut the fruit that you used to peel the mango.*
