Ingredients:
1 cup orzo pasta
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cucumber, diced
1/4 red onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup Kalamata olives, sliced
1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh dill (optional), chopped
For the Greek Dressing:
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Cook the Orzo:

Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the orzo according to package instructions until al dente. Drain, rinse under cold water, and set aside.
Prepare the Dressing:
