I think it’s about 2 parts espresso, 1 part milk. I’ve been enjoying these more than cortados lately. Anyone else?

    Love a Macchiato, but my favorite is a Melbourne Magic. ~~Double ristrito, equal parts silky milk (barely foamed).~~

    Macchiato would be a shorter ratio than cortado, in its literal form it’s just a shot with a dot of milk on top

    I’d say in Italy a Macchiatone (long macchiato) but that’s with typical 9g shot, this is like a 3rd wave double macchiatone?
