    Some whipped ricotta in place of the mozzarella would work too

    When you are coating your pasta, do it in a saute pan and add a little pasta water to it so the sauce is too thin. As the sauce thickens it’ll coat the pasta a little nicer and won’t look so chunky. Besides that, someone mentioned ricotta and that’s a great idea. Whip it real nice then pipe it out into a few spots.
