    I made it for the first time a couple weeks ago. Wondering why mine didn’t turn out this white ? It was white but like a brownish white. What kind of meat did you use ?

    You can avoid the sinking issue by using a different bowl and making sure your noodles are folded correctly. Looks real solid! Might recommend some green onion next time?
