Kimchi Tuna Sandwich

    Recipe:
    •White bread (or any bread of your choice, sourdough would be so good too!!)
    •Canned Tuna
    •Mayo (light mayo works too)
    •Diced 1/2 big red onion
    •1 stalk of green onion
    •1 thinly sliced jalapeño
    •1 big spoonful of kimchi, i like the “Jongga” and “Bibigo” brands
    •1/4 spoon of gochujang
    •A little bit of sesame oil
    •Black sesame seeds (optional)
    •Cheese of your choice (I used extra mature cheddar)
    •Pepper (optional, if you like)

    Add anything else you think might be good!!
