I don’t have a cooling rack so I get bread towers instead
I’ve been doing this with all my bakes but this photo is a couple weeks old when I wanted to see if I could drive myself insane with quantity of loaves (kind of succeeded) instead of focusing on quality of the loaves.

I have seen a lot of people using cooling racks, but why should one use it ?
