Been doing this about a month and attempted my first bread loaf after finding a recipe I liked for the Dutch oven.

Each loaf is
50 g Starter
350 g Water
10 g Sea salt
500 g flour

400 for 20 minutes covered and 30 uncovered.

I have an einkorn starter and baked in Dutch oven for round loaf and regular bread pan for the bread loaf

Probally using a 3rd pan metal or a Pullman loaf pan would help you get the desired shape and height

Pullman loaf pan is a game changer for loaf bread!
