If you ask me if this is spooky, it reminds me of a mutation, not offense. Go look to Resident Evil villains with the G-virus, like one of William Birkin’s monster phases.
You can make something else with this! Don’t give up, This is a golden chance.
Rebrand it, call it a survival horror game boss, make sugar fangs, eyes, claws, and perhaps an extra bread dough to serve as an arm.
You can use it on your advantage as you have colours all over the place.
