This is extremely good. Used the leftover marinade to make a sauce with some grilled onion. Used ghee for searing and grilling the onions. Wow, like eating galbi, but gigantic pieces of steak.

    It didn’t burn when you seared? I’ve been wanting to try something similar but I’m worried about the sugars in the marinade burning before I get a solid sear.
