Okay, okay. I’m not grilling. I’m pan frying a pork chop and reheating a serving of stuffed chicken. But I only ever seem to post kettle cooks, and the Napoleon was feeling unloved.

    Plus the biggest bonus, aside from being able to be outside on my lunch break: Keeping all that hot butter splatter outside and away from my kitchen.
