Came across to this fantastic Argentina chardonnay. Pineapple, oak, bold body. Pineapple notes often overwhelm me, but this bottle really makes it feel different.

Forget balance. I want searing acidity, complex fruit character and the promise of great things to come.

A well balanced Burgundy Chardonnay.

Along with their cabernet franc, the chardonnay is my favorite from the Angelica Zapata line. Catena really delivers in its mid-plus price range.

This wine is terrific, just brought a bottle home from Mendoza. Was lucky enough to have a 99 and it was singing!

I had the privilege of drinking a 2011 Rupert & Rothschild Baroness Nadine Chardonnay earlier this year. I can still taste it when I think about it, buttery smooth and utterly delicious. Favourite white wine to date.
It’s started my obsession with collection quality wooded Chardonnay’s to age😂

A well balanced Riesling?

As far as I’m concerned I’d switch to a red. Syrah.

Just came back from Mendoza AG was for 4 days and tasted chardonnay at a such quality level I was so surprised and could be compared to Chablis ( Vina Cobos Viculum)

Catena’s White Stones Chardonnay is perhaps my favorite New World Chardonnay.
