Hit a depressive funk between last week until now and almost didn’t. But seeing everyone on here is very motivating.
Korean ground beef bulgogi (rice is separate): 16oz grass fed beef, random veggies, sauce I threw together made from soy sauce, honey, mirin, sesame oil and gochujang. About ~400cal at 30g+ protein
Ground turkey with black bean penne, homemade red sauce: 16oz lean ground turkey seasoned with salt and pepper, black bean penne made with directions on box, sauce is two cans diced tomatoes (seasoned), squash, mirepoix, green peppers, salt and pepper, tomato sauce can cooked and then simmered for about 30mins on low. ~500cal at 41g+ protein
