Creamy tagliatelle with salmon

    I flavoured the cream sauce with dried basil and oregano, salt, pepper, and some Parmigiano Reggiano, and I added some halved cherry tomatoes and baby spinach for some veggies. I scored my salmon and added salt, pepper, and some cayenne powder. This always feels like a feast, definitely one of my favourite things to make and to eat.
