Pumpkin and Basketball Conchas

Happy Halloween! I made conchas/mexican sweet bread/pan dulce for the first time! I’m still tired from hand kneading for 45 minutes 💪💤

I used 5-6 drops of orange gel food coloring, and 1 tsp cacao powder + 20g of the sugar topping to create the stems

Used this recipe, cut the sugar in the dough by 10g because I ran out 🤣 inspired by u/SajoKat757 !
