About 10 minutes on the grill, 5 per side. And then finished it in the oven at 375 for another 10 minutes. Finished it with a little olive oil and green onion.

    I like cooked carrots. Hated them as a kid. What a joy as an adult!

    Looks amazing. My brother cooked a couple of these for Thanksgiving last year. Everything was sliced and on a tray on the counter when his dog stood up and ate about two thirds of it. Then the dog walked into the dining room and puked it onto the floor.
