Some had no holes after I simmered it in water and I gave up at that point 😅

    As a recent first timer at bagels I think you nailed the everything bagels! Mine split like that too!

    Once you push a floured finger through – I find swirling a bit helps- you gotta stretch em out a bit by adding another finger then giving them a bit of a pull.
