  1. Looks amazing except I will change it a little for how I like, im not the biggest fan of ginger so I will Julian strip that and I will add more vegetables like carrot and green onion

  2. This dish is a bit similar to what I sometimes used to eat in dai pai dongs in Hong Kong. The elderly man made it as a sizzler Sadly, a lot of these vendors are disappearing. I will try this recipe when I am back from Hong Kong, and Taiwan.
