Recipe:
Miso Roasted Cabbage with Green Tahini Sauce
🥄 4 tbsp white miso
🍯 4 tbsp honey
💧 1/2 cup water
🌿 4 tbsp za’atar

For the Sauce:
🥄 1/2 cup tahini paste
🧄 2 small cloves garlic
🍃 Handful mint leaves
🌿 Handful coriander (stems and all!)
💧 1/3 cup water
🍋 Juice of 1 lemon
🧂 Salt to taste

Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F)
2️⃣ Quarter the cabbage
3️⃣ Mix miso, honey, water, and za’atar
4️⃣ Pour sauce generously over the cabbage
5️⃣ Roast for 25-30 minutes
6️⃣ Blend sauce ingredients for the perfect green drizzle 🥄
