That pitcher is expensive! haha I got the same grinder but cant pay LM prices even though would love one. Might just get a Profetic Move. Currently got a Francino Cherub.

I’ve seen that with my ECM too (I have the same grinder, the eureka specialita – EDIT, my bad, it’s the XL, they are very similar in looks). It’s practically impossible to get bad espresso. I’d have to pee or something and let the pump run to 60 seconds and even then I am not sure it would be bad. The Marzocco is just divine
