Normally i go for an even lower core temperature, but this was a really cheap steak and i just recently switched to cast iron, so yeah… how bad did i do?

    I’d be eating that. Plus I see crust! What did you use before cast iron? How do you like it? I only use cast iron really.

    Looks more like wood than cast iron to me, personally.
