  1. You would refer to that as fried lobster and ravioli.For it to be lobster ravioli you would have to put lobster in the pasta pockets.

  2. As a New Englander who ate lobster almost daily for YEARS, I have never fried nor even thought of frying a lobster. Lobster is delicious and healthy. You just turned it into an artery clogging heart attack on a plate. It's probably delicious, but I would rather keep it boiled, broiled, or grilled. Looks good though.
