I’ve had the recipe post saved for a while, it recently popped up in my feed again so I decided to finally make it. It’s now my favorite brownie recipe. They nailed the perfect combo of chocolaty, not too sweet, and the balance between chewy and fudgy.

I ran out of chocolate to mix more chunks into the batter in the end (they won’t happen again), and next time I think I’ll more walnuts too (personal preference). So good!

I made these, I’m in the Uk. I was a tiny amount short on the cocoa, like a teaspoon worth, no big deal I thought. I baked and left to sit and they were liquid still! I baked again for the full time and I had around 1cm baked around the centre liquid. I let them sit and still no change.

I’m going to do them again next week when I have lots of free time and ingredients. I will say despite having to eat it (not cuttable) with a spoon, it was the tastiest not very set brownie I ever ate and I can only imagine how delicious it will be when I can get it to set!

No exaggeration: these look like the most delicious brownies ever.
