Pasta Shells with Clams

🧾Ingredients for 2 People:
.
250g Pasta Shells
1Kg Frozen Clams
200g Fried Tomato Sauce
Onion
Garlic
Paprika
Salt
.
Preparation:

1. Heat water in a pot to cook the pasta shells until al dente, typically around 12 minutes.
2. In a frying pan, heat olive oil and sauté garlic and onion until browned and soft.
3. Add sweet paprika and mix well.
4. Add the frozen clams to the pan, cover, and cook until the clams open.
5. Stir in the fried tomato sauce and a bit of water to combine.
6. Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and mix with the clam and tomato sauce mixture.
7. Serve immediately, combining all elements in a single pot.
