  1. Living in st louis, the crust is why stl style sauce and "provel" are so thin. The crust doesn't soak the sauce up at all. The cheese is thin so it can combine with the thin sauce. (White cheese but should be orange when done). The sauce combining with the cheese is what prevents sliding.

  7. Sauce is way more important than crust, but crust is more important than cheese. A pizza with an okay crust but a fantastic Sauce is better than a pizza with a fantastic crust but okay sauce

  8. I really do enjoy Dominos sauce to dough ratio. Sometimes, in pizzerias, the dough is so tough and dry. I don’t like my pizza chewy or to bite back. Anyways, your pizza looks very delicious!

  11. I really like it a lot when he said "I'm good enough for that YET." He says it so casually, but I think that's a very healthy perspective to have. It's also a good thing to say to children who are frustrated aabout their own limits. There is always the next pizza.

  12. I hear you. I've lived in China (the real China) for many years. There, they serve pizza for real cheap. They even manage a half-decent crust. But they have NO tomato sauce whatsoever. I'm serious. None. Nada. Niente. It's so not pizza, it's not even real. Ridiculous.

  13. The sauce is my favorite part. I love extra sauce and little cups of sauce on the side to take scoops with my crust.

    With frozen pizzas, I take scoops of ketchup. Tombstone or Red Baron with ketchup. I love it

    I'd eat your pizza too with some ketchup

  14. Crust is easily what matters the least for me with pizza. Especially when it’s crunchy I usually don’t even eat it, soft crust is so much better
