in Italy, rice is cooked hard ("al dente") and meat is cooked soft. Thoughts?
I think it's great combination hard and soft but i really couldn't take hard rice well it's me . The sauce tastes wonderful , peppers and tomatoes are just really good sometimes i do that in pasta as well. Thanks for sharing this is really amazing dish im starving now
