An update for the linked post! Included are my notes and what I went with for the cake. It baked at 425F for 45 minutes and was perfectly baked. Excited to try more than just the crumbs and spoonfuls of frosting but even that was killer. Really glad my friend let me borrow her stand mixer! I feel like the frosting looks like doodoo but I tried to fix it and put some shaved chocolate on top and I think the “happy birthday” candle will make it all come together. Anyway! Do you mean 325? 425 is very high for a cake. But it looks fantastic!
