Amateur here. I would say that the scallops are hiding a bit and could use a better sear but I really like where you are going with this.

Seems like the other flavors might overwhelm the scallop. A scallop in of itself has a sweetness. The honeynut is beautiful, but a bit much. Perhaps a watermelon radish to give a bite to this dish?!
